In March, 2019, we retained the services of Tamina Aratari, Realtor at Allison James Estates and Homes to represent us in the sale of a condominium in Punta Gorda, Florida.
We chose Tamina because we had the opportunity to see her constant presence in the condominium community as she worked with other clients assisting them in the purchase or sale of real estate. We spoke to several of these people, and Tamina was highly recommended.
From the beginning of our contact with Tamina she exhibited professionalism with a friendly demeanor. Clearly, she had a superior knowledge of the Charlotte County real estate market which enabled us to accurately price our real estate, taking into account our expectations and sale timeline. She was able to achieve for us a strong but realistic sale price while moving the sale to closing within our desired time frame.
Tamina worked, frequently, seven days a week. She was accessible and quickly returned phone calls, texts, and emails. Tamina also communicated well with prospective buyers’ realtors.
Tamina spent time with us and she has a very pleasant personality.
Should the need arise for us to consider another purchase and or sale of real estate in Charlotte County, we would enlist Tamina to assist us.

Because the owner wanted to close on the 31st of December that year, Tamina arranged for an inspection and closing agent so that we could close on the 31st which we did. If it was not for her great ability that would not have happened. In the winter season of 2011 we asked Tamina to list another condo we owned in Punta Gorda Isles and we were very pleased with her ability to show the condo at the last minute. She would hold open houses on the weekends and was able to sell our condo quickly. She was even able to help the couple who bought our condo sell their condo also. All in all Tamina has helped us many times over and we are grateful for her expertise and knowledge of properties in the area and has the ability to find qualified buyers. She is quick to respond.
